BREAST AUGMENTATION SURGERY.
Breast augmentation surgery involves placing a silicone implant under the chest muscle to increase the volume, enhance the fullness, and alter the shape of the breasts. The procedure is performed under general anesthesia, with the silicone implant inserted through an incision made in a predetermined area under the breast tissue.
The surgery is suitable for individuals who are at least 18 years old and are dissatisfied with the size or shape of their breasts. Candidates who are not suitable for the surgery include those under 18 years old, individuals with serious health issues, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those who consume alcohol, tobacco, or other substances.

Silicone implants typically consist of a silicone shell filled with silicone gel or saline solution and can be round or anatomical (teardrop) in shape. The implants can be placed through an incision made in the inframammary fold, around the areola, or in the armpit area, and can be positioned either under or over the muscle.
Before the surgery, a detailed consultation with the doctor should be conducted, breast health screenings should be performed, and the use of blood-thinning medications and dietary supplements should be discontinued. The surgery typically takes between 1 to 3 hours. Post-operative care requires careful monitoring, and patients are advised to avoid activities that strain the chest muscles, such as heavy lifting. After the surgery, the breasts may feel tight and swollen for the first three days, with swelling gradually subsiding afterward.
